General.
The Refer & Earn Program is a program that allows you to receive a gift card from BigOutlet.com to your personal e-mail address for referring your friends and families to BigOutlet.com.
Referred Customer.
The referred customer must be an individual or business with whom you have pre-existing relationship. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email address, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources.
Requirements.
In order for you to receive gift cards, the referred customers must sign up with BigOutlet.com and leave your email address in the order note before he or she finishes the transaction. The program applies only to the first transaction. We may discontinue or modify the Refer & Earn Program at any time by providing you with thirty days' notice. In the event that the program is discontinued, you will receive the gift card for all your referred customers that have satisfied the requirement.
Gift Card Amount.
The gift card amount of Refer & Earn Program is based on the referred customer's net sales or sub-total of the first transaction, less any chargebacks, refunds and reversals.
