Order arrived 6 days ahead of schedule and gave a five star because product was in great condition. It had 1 dent on one and 2 dents on the other that were soooooo small and not visible at all. Honestly, I would have not noticed. The only thing missing was 2 washers & 1 small plastic joint! Home Depot here I come! Some Initial issues with refurbished product. Speedy response to my email by seller who CALLED me. Product replaced/repaired and working as advertised now after SPEEDY exchange from warranty service at Samsung. Seller was courteous, helpful and would do business with them again.

I like my vcr/dvd. It is refurbished so the vcr is kinda loud during rewind but that might wear in or something. It looks perfect and came with a remote control and the red/yellow/white cable. I would suggest this seller to a friend.
